Officinal plants, herbs and roots, which grow spontaneously in the mediterranean maquis, are one of the largest resources offered by nature.
In ancient times the monks cultivated them in the Hortus Simplicium , for their therapeutic properties, they distilled and turned them into natural remedies. Today the so called «Erbajoli» are their greatest experts.

All the essences blended in Amaro Eroico are picked one by one during the whole year. The infusions and macerations are produced cold and separatey at the very moment, in order to let their extracts catch all their freshness and to keep intact their organoleptic properties.
