INGREDIENTS
Amaro Eroico 5cl
Ginger Ale*
* Variants:
Tonica Indian, Tonica Mediterranean,
Acqua Brillante, Perrier
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Fill a short tumbler with lots of ice
STEP 2
Pour 5cl of Amaro Eroico
STEP 3
Add the ginger ale
STEP 4
Garnish with a slice of orange
and a sprig of rosemary

INGREDIENTS
Amaro Eroico 4cl
Vermouth Giacobini 4cl
A splash of soda
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Fill a short tumbler with lots of ice
STEP 2
Pour in equal parts Amaro Eroico, Vermouth Giacobini Rosso and add a splash of soda
STEP 3
Mix and garnish with an orange slice
and lemon zest
